CEILING FANS FOR RESIDENTIAL USES

What Are HVLS Fans?
High-volume low speed fans are an excellent ventilation option for variety of buildings. HVLS Fans are really big fans hanged up in ceilings with size ranging from 14 to 24 feet. HVLS Fans provide optimum air movement with better energy efficiency as compared to High Volume Air Conditioning (HVAC) units and can be installed in open areas such as churches, basketball courts and factories.
Any place that gets warm needs air circulating to manage temperature for productivity and comfort. These big industrial fans have cooling effect, creating a gentle breeze and reducing temperatures by up to 10 degrees celcius.
One 24-foot HVLS fans can move 325,000 cfm of air, the same as 43 standard barrel industrial fans. Gives any company electricity cost savings. These big ceiling fans move air for about one-third of the cost of HVAC units.
Where Should HVLS Fans be Installed?
- Church
- Manufacturing Plant
- Warehouse
- Hangar
- Retail Centers
- Offices
- Function Halls
- Malls
- Airport
- Processing Plants
- Gyms & Fitness Centers
- Events Place
Why HVLS Fans are so Practical?
HVLS fans allow more air to move form center and along the blades angled evenly downwards leaving no center space uncooled. This effect mimics natural breeze that moves hot air upward leaving only the cool air in floor spaces. The blade tilts by 3 degrees allowing conical airflow instead of a cylindrical one covering a larger are similar to winds only felt in beach and mountain tops. The cross-sectional design of the blade then decreases airflow resistance making it more cost efficient than the regular HVAC units. HVLS fans can consume only 15 pesos per hour.
